My Current View of Contemplative Practice

My current view of contemplative practice is, the right solution for you is whatever helps you work towards an instinctual, non-conceptual sense of whether or not you’re “doing the thing” at any given time, at which point — congratulations — there is no longer a “right solution.”

I have crossed the Sea of “Who Cares?” back into having a definitive answer to how much daily spiritual practice is “enough”, and it’s once my body no longer lets me forget to keep doing it for more than one second.
