Minimum Viable Spiritual Practice

My thing is maximum viable spiritual education to enable householders to effectively apply minimum viable spiritual practice.

I actually believe that it is best that most people do as little Spirituality™ as possible, once armed with the wisdom and experience to know what tiny bit of it to do.

Everybody has a certain profile of needs and conditions and exceptions and advantages and disadvantages, and — speaking as someone who actually HAS a reasonably intact cultural-religious container — I think lifestyle complexity has outstripped the flexibility of even that lately.

So even for people with cultural recommendations in place — and all the more so for people without them — some adaptation is required.

This is where learning comes in, and the course of study will vary enormously. But there are fundamentals on both the problem and solution sides.
